At Clarity, my mission is to provide high-quality, personalised Energy Healing experiences. Supporting others on their journey toward balance, wholeness, and self-empowerment. My role is to create a safe and tranquil space where clients can release pain, clear energetic blockages, and allow themselves to heal.
Tera Mai™
Tera Mai™ is a healing system that combines Reiki, Seichem, and other elemental energies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Developed by Kathleen Milner, Tera Mai™ is a universal life force energy that is channeled through the practitioners hands. Tera Mai™ supports personal transformation by clearing blockages and aligning the body's natural energy systems.

In each session, I create a safe, nurturing space where you can fully relax, release and receive. I work intuitively, guided by your energy and needs in the moment, using Tera Mai™ healing to help clear blockages, restore balance, and support emotional and energetic transformation. Every session is unique, gentle, and held with deep care and integrity.
