My Journey to Healing and Purpose

In 2024, my mental health reached an all-time low. I had tried everything - therapy, medication, endless searching for something that would bring relief. Nothing seemed to work. I felt lost, disconnected from myself, and uncertain if I would ever find a way forward.

Then, in what I can only describe as divine timing, I was guided to my Tera Mai™ Reiki teacher. From that moment, everything began to shift.

What followed was a deeply transformative journey back to my true self. Through energy healing, I discovered not just relief, but a sense of peace and connection I had never known. I began practicing self-love and self-care in a way that was nurturing, authentic and empowering. I was no longer trying to "fix" myself - I was remembering who I really was beneath the pain and confusion.

I've always been someone who wants to help others. Before this chapter of my life, I worked for over 10 years in the fashion industry, where I loved helping clients feel confident in themselves through personal styling. Later, I worked in a boarding school as a house mistress, supporting young people and helping them feel safe and at home while away from their families. Caring for others' well-being has always been part of me - it just took this healing journey to fully understand how I was meant to do it.

Now at 31 years old, I have truly found my purpose. I am Sophie, a Level 2 Tera Mai™ Reiki Practitioner, Energy Healer, also trained in Indian Head Massage. I offer healing that comes from a place of lived experience, deep empathy and genuine care. I know what it's like to feel hopeless - and I also know what it's like to find light again.
