“I had such a wonderful Tera Mai™Reiki session with Sophie. From start to finish it was a really lovely experience. Sophie has such a beautiful energy, instantly you feel so comfortable with her.
Sophie gave me a welcome pack which I thought was so nice, she fully supports you on your healing journey. To start off with we sat and spoke about the session, Sophie explained everything to me and I filled out a form just explaining the reasons why I was there. Sophie then told me that I could pick an oracle card from the most beautiful spread of cards. The card that I picked was perfect for me and exactly what I needed to receive in that moment.
We then did a short grounding exercise which was so calmingthat I will continue to do it when I am at home. I then had my Tera Mai™Reiki session. Sophie was very attentive making sure I felt fine during the session. At one point I could feel waves of energy flowing down through my body which was a wonderful feeling.
After the session, we spoke about what came up. Everything that Sophie mentioned was incredible, I was pretty amazed and felt so comforted by it all. Sophie is a very gifted healer and I am really looking forward to booking more sessions with her. I highly recommend you see her.”
"Sophie is a delight. When I first approached her and asked for some healing I really did not know what to expect. In fact if the truth be known I was a little apprehensive. I needn’t have worried, as from the minute Sophie greeted me, she put me at ease and explained everything the healing entailed. She talked me through each step and made me feel very relaxed and in control. I struggle to relax day to day and have quite a demanding job which can make me feel quite pressured which can leave me forgetting all too often to be kind to myself. Sophie had a natural calming ability and reminded me to focus on myself and not to forget that I am important too, which is something I’m still trying to perfect but to be fair I think that’s the hardest part. Sophie’s professionalism and attention to detail is exemplary. The healing itself is very relaxing in a lovely calming environment. The senses are triggered by beautiful scents and calming music and sounds which all promote a deep sense of tranquility. I am learning with Sophie’s help to relax more and this has had a positive impact on my stress levels and sleep pattern. I have had chronic pain with different complaints over a significant period of time and I do believe this has been reduced somewhat also. I feel that the healing has also had a positive impact on my emotional energy, I don’t feel so low in mood.
Sophie provided me with little mantras to tell myself daily and self help guides as well as reminders to relax and keep hydrated after the healing session. Sophie has made herself available to answer any questions and check in on me post healing which is a lovely personalized touch. I will not hesitate to see Sophie on a regular basis for that little bit of me time, to reground, relax and achieve a sense of peace and overall wellbeing. Thank you Sophie x"
