For every three sessions you attend, your next session will be offered as a gift - a small way of honouring your commitment to yourself.
To honour energetic balance, clients are invited to bring a small, nourishing offering to their gifted session - such as a snack, tea, or something simple - as a gentle exchange of care.

We'll start with a friendly chat to get to know you, talk about what's going on for you and what you'd like support with. Then you'll enjoy a relaxing Reiki treatment while lying fully clothed on a comfortable therapy bed. There's time at the end to share anything or ask any questions should you wish too. It's a gentle, calming experience designed to help you feel more balanced and at ease.
60 Minutes
We'll begin with a quick check-in to see how you've been since your last session and talk about anything new you'd like to focus on. Then you'll settle in for a full Reiki treatment to help restore balance and support your well-being. Each session builds on the last, gently encouraging deeper healing and relaxation over time.

A one-to-one sound-led energy healing session with the intuitive integration of Tera Mai™ Reiki energy. Gentle instruments are played slowly and with space, creating a calming, restorative experience that supports relaxation, balance and integration.
90 Minutes
A gentle treatment that works with Petaltone essences. These essences are used to help clear stress, emotional tension, and energetic blockages, bringing the body and mind back into a natural state of balance.
During the session I work intuitively around you, applying the essences in specific ways to support your energy field. Each blend is carefully chosen to meet your individual needs - helping to release what no longer serves you and restore a sense of calm, clarity and flow.
30 Minutes
A gentle, grounding session using sound and vibration to support balance and ease.
I work intuitively with tuning forks on and around the body, supporting areas that feel out of balance and encouraging a sense of calm and alignment. A simple way to reset and reconnect.
45 Minutes
A Sacred Presence Session is a phone-free pause from the noise of life. No fixing or goals - just tea, quiet moments, gentle conversation, mindful colouring, oracle cards, sound, or silence. A moment to return to yourself.
The Self-care Journey is for those who feel called to be supported over time rather than through a single session. It offers a gentle rhythm of care, including an initial Tera Mai™ Reiki session followed by two supportive follow-up sessions, spaced to allow rest and integration. This option includes the benefits of the Clarity Care Club.

The Sacred Self-Care Journey offers deeper, ongoing support for those who feel called to commit to their wellbeing over time. It includes six sessions in total - one initial Reiki session followed by five intuitive follow-up sessions using Reiki, sound, or petaltones, gently spaced to allow rest and integration. Ongoing Clarity Care Club benefits are included.
