At Clarity Energy Healing, I value your time and commitment to your healing journey. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment, are non-refundable.
Refunds
A £20 deposit is required to secure your Reiki session.
Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if you need to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will be retained.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment (cash or card).
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or to reschedule at your convenience.
Pre-paid Packages
Pre-paid sessions and packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
