At Clarity Energy Healing, I value both your time and mine. Appointment slots are reserved especially for you, and treatment room rental is paid in advance. To ensure fairness and allow the business to run sustainably, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment (cash or card).
All deposits are non-refundable. This is because appointment spaces and room rental are reserved specifically for your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the deposit being retained.
If I Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling your session or receiving a full refund of your deposit.
Pre-Paid Packages
Pre-paid sessions or packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
